Ofispark, designed by Architect Emre Arolat, is in harmony with the neighboring architecture. It is comprised of nine unique buildings, not exceeding eight stories, located around an open courtyard, with restaurants and shops on the ground floor bringing vitality to the courtyard. As the disctrict’s first grade-A green building, Ofispark is a pioneer in the regeneration process.
