Omurga Real Estate has provided project and design consulting services for REGUS’  new office in the 2012 International Architecture Award winning Ofispark, in the district of Kagithane. Preferring the innovative “White concept” for the new image of their first business center, approximately 638 m2 office space was rented.  REGUS provides modern, comfortable, stylish and fully equipped workspaces for their customers, as their main line of business. Extensive architectural and mechanical projects were developed and it was our responsibility to carry out the whole project and supervise the technical, budgeting and timing aspects of the design work on behalf of REGUS.

Located on the ground floor, REGUS has a total of 29 independent office units + 1 meeting room  + kitchen unit as well as a spacious multi-purpose sitting area.
