Omurga Yapı, provides investment consultancy services for the real estate portfolio owned by Kale Endüstri Holding and affiliates. Omurga also acts as Consultant of the following projects; decoration of the new Kale Headquarters in Vadistanbul, construction of the school project in Ayazağa and as they move to their new factory in Çerkezköy.

Among Omurga’s responsibilities in the decoration Project of the Kale Headquarters in Vadistanbul are following up and supervising the design on behalf of Kale, including the technical, budgeting and scheduling aspects of the fit out, preparing the tender documents, and managing the subcontractor agreements.

Technical and budgeting services, control of bill of quantities, quality documentation, test and commissioning and several other controls are in the scope of the consultancy practices offered by Omurga in Kale Group’s Çerkezköy factory project.
