The restoration of the Kavas House, having  a total closed area of 1,100 m² includes structural works, all finishing and electromechanical works  under close surveillance of the technical team assigned by the Government of Germany.  As the building will be delivered according to the German standards, it requires a very detailed and demanding care at all stages of the restoration works. The Project schedule needs close attention since it incorporates the delivery of special materials by the German Government and procurement & construction activities by Omurga.
 

The delivery time of Kavas House is planned for December, 2014.
