Omurga Real Estate has provided consulting services  to the German cosmetics company DOUGLAS, for their new office in the Besiktas - Balmumcu district.

The renovation work to create a new image for the firm’s stores, has also been initiated by Omurga Real Estate.   Starting with the Izmir, Istanbul and Ankara stores, the company will carry out the new concept renovation to create a stylish, pleasant, and fully equipped shopping environment for its customers.

It is our responsibility to follow up all projects on behalf of Douglas, and to oversee the technical, budgeting and timing of the fit out.

With the consulting services of Omurga Real Estate, Douglas has resumed operations in its new headquarters as of August 2015.

As of 2016, the renovation of a total of 5 stores will have also been completed.
