Levent Ofis, as the first office project to earn LEED Gold Core&Shell certification is among the pioneers of the Green Building movement in Turkey.

The conceptual design was created by architect Prof. Juan Pablo Molestina, while the architectural work was carried out by Swanke Hayden Connell Architects (SHCA). The most prominent characteristic feature is the use of live plants on its facade as active architectural elements. The building features inner gardens situated in different locations, providing natural ventilation.

With its high standards of comfort, energy efficiency and cost effectiveness, Levent Ofis is a green building that will undoubtably enhance the occupants’ quality of life.
